		<description>This is probably the largest roadblock that I see in sales.  If a sales person is nervous, the buyer assumes they either don't know their product or perhaps the product isn't very good and the sales person knows it.

Everyone has their own style and needs to be themselves, but at the end of the day, it's not about 'YOU' it's about the customer.  They have the most important information.  Ask the questions and learn.</description>
